Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function for a leading real‑estate client in Noida. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end finance and accounting processes.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Oversee internal and statutory audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle GST, TDS and other taxation matters.
• Control cash flow, P&L, and balance‑sheet finalisation.
• Implement cost‑optimization initiatives and financial controls.
• Drive ERP/SAP implementation and maintenance.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of finance experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven leadership of finance teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Availability for a face‑to‑face interview.
