About the role
We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead all financial activities and ensure optimal use of capital and resources. In this senior position you will safeguard the company’s financial health and drive long‑term profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
- Approve or reject budgets.
- Conduct risk management and assess investment opportunities.
- Supervise a team of accountants.
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows.
- Perform profit and cost analyses.
- Develop secure procedures to protect confidential information.
- Ensure accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
- Advise board members on funding options.
- Recommend cost‑reducing solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience crafting financial strategies.
- Strong background in managing accounting teams.
- Ability to evaluate investments and conduct risk assessments.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal audit processes.
