Head of Finance and Accounting

About the role

IOS Relocations, an ISO‑9001 certified relocation services provider, is seeking a strategic Head of Finance and Accounting to lead its finance function across India and international operations. The role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support the company’s growth in a fast‑moving, multi‑currency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management activities.
• Develop and maintain robust FP&A processes, including multi‑currency and cross‑border transaction reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST/VAT, regulatory reporting) across all operating markets.
• Manage cost control, margin analysis and pricing strategy for relocation services.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).
• Supervise a finance team, providing mentorship and performance management.
• Act as primary liaison with auditors, banks, and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in multi‑currency, cross‑border transactions and international tax/compliance.
