Head of Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head to lead and scale our India team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a professional with a strong background in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Governance or modern data platforms, responsible for driving successful project delivery while building and mentoring high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise data initiatives across engineering, governance, analytics, platforms and AI.
• Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery from solution design through implementation and support.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance and governance expertise on active projects.
• Drive data transformation using Snowflake, Collibra, Alteryx, Databricks, Azure Data Services and other modern platforms.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks to ensure quality, scalability and risk management.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams, participate in hiring and develop consultants, technical leads and architects.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Data & AI, Data Engineering or Data Governance.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise data programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client‑facing, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
