Hardware Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Architect to lead the definition and execution of hardware architectures for our connected automotive solutions, including cockpit products, ADAS integration platforms, and iTrams. You will guide cross‑functional teams to ensure hardware designs meet OEM requirements and project targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define hardware architecture based on OEM specifications and generate Bill of Materials.
• Select appropriate components and guide integrators, module owners, software, mechanical, and testing teams.
• Develop hardware for XC products, covering cockpit, ADAS, and iTram solutions.
• Perform circuit calculations, simulations, and lab measurements using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, and other test equipment.
• Create schematics, test specifications, and coordinate ECU testing in the lab.
• Collaborate with plant, mechanical, and software teams on hardware topics and HSI definitions.

Required profile

• BE/MTech in ECE, EEE, Telecommunications, or Instrumentation.
• 9–13 years of experience in analog and digital hardware design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
