About the role
We are seeking a skilled Hair Trainer to educate students in hair cutting, styling, and related services. The role involves delivering both practical and theoretical sessions to develop students' technical abilities and professional conduct.
Key responsibilities
- Train students in a variety of hair techniques and services.
- Conduct practical and theory classes following the training syllabus.
- Demonstrate cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
- Guide and supervise students during hands‑on sessions.
- Assess practical work, provide feedback, and maintain class records.
- Ensure classroom discipline and adherence to curriculum standards.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and treatments.
- Practical experience in a salon or beauty‑industry setting.
- Effective communication and teaching abilities.
- Previous experience as a hair trainer or faculty member is preferred.
- Candidates from academy or beauty & wellness backgrounds are favored.
