Hair Coach - Outbound Support (Work From Office)

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Hair Coaches in Siliguri to support individuals through guided hair-health journeys, education and ongoing care. You will act as a guide for clients navigating hair-related concerns, focusing on assessment, education, emotional support and progress tracking, in line with medical and process guidelines. The role is work from office (WFO) and suits graduates who enjoy building trust-based relationships and solving problems through conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client hair conditions based on guidelines provided by the medical and process teams
• Educate clients on hair care practices, including washing, protection and maintenance
• Identify and address concerns such as damage, thinning or scalp issues through structured problem analysis
• Support clients emotionally with encouragement, empathy and confidence
• Help clients set realistic hair-care goals and monitor their progress
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments and follow-ups
• Respond to client queries in a timely, ethical and professional way
• Seek and apply supervisor feedback to improve service delivery
• Uphold confidentiality, ethics and quality in all client interactions

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred)
• High empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
• Active listening and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage time while handling multiple client interactions
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve continuously
• Ethical conduct and professional integrity
