About the role

The Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress professionals to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a courteous, efficient, and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at service stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or similar food‑service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work flexibly across shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard restaurant service procedures.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
