Guest Services Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Services Associate plays a key part in delivering a warm and professional experience to hotel guests within the Food & Beverage outlet. You will support daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence from greeting guests to final checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a courteous manner.
• Prepare tables, service stations and restaurant areas before service begins.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks according to hotel service standards.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Assist guests with menu information and respond to special requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service and report any issues.
• Handle billing and payment procedures when required.
• Support buffet setup, replenishment and clearing.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, housekeeping and front office teams.
• Assist in banquet functions, meetings and special events.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
