Guest Services Agent – Front Office

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their stay and help ensure they leave with unforgettable memories.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check‑in and check‑out services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating exceptional service orientation and attention to detail.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and settle accounts accurately and transparently.
• Personalize each guest's experience by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Promote hotel facilities and services strategically, identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays through thoughtful recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, working collaboratively with team members to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related hospitality field (preferred).
• Proven experience in front office operations or guest services within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multi‑tasking and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
