Guest Service Officer – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Service Officer will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient front‑office service to maximise guest satisfaction at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. You will rotate across rooms‑division sub‑departments and support other areas as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints or escalate when necessary.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, balance cash reports, and manage remittance envelopes.
• Maintain accurate room allocations, update special requests, and follow up with long‑stay and suite guests.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure proper handover of pending items for the next shift.
• Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, and teamwork with all departments.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
