Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to maintain the high standards of our luxury suites and guest rooms at Roswyn, a Morgans Originals Hotel. The role combines meticulous cleaning, thoughtful guest interaction and collaboration with hotel teams to ensure an unforgettable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, refresh and service assigned suites and guest rooms, including specialty and signature suites, following luxury brand standards.
• Replenish suite amenities, minibar items, guest supplies and linens according to presentation guidelines.
• Prepare rooms for arrival with lifestyle‑driven setups and execute turndown service as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping, amenities or preferences, ensuring privacy and discretion.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment or discrepancies to supervisors or Engineering.
• Maintain clean, sanitized housekeeping trolleys, equipment and suite pantries, and handle guest laundry collection and delivery.
• Follow safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines, including safe chemical handling and eco‑friendly practices.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, Engineering and Supervisors to update room status and support seamless guest check‑ins.
