Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to join our team at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. In this role you will act as the bridge between guests and housekeeping, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties in line with the hotel’s standards, including room preparation and public area upkeep.
• Record and communicate guest preferences, requests and complaints to the appropriate team leaders.
• Adhere to all safety, security and hygiene protocols while on duty.
• Support the housekeeping team by reporting any issues that may affect service quality.

• Strong attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow organisational policies, grooming standards and training schedules.
• Good communication skills to convey guest feedback accurately.
• Willingness to address associate concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.
