Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping supports daily hotel operations by ensuring guest areas are clean, well‑stocked, and safe. You will work closely with the housekeeping team and supervisors to deliver a high‑standard experience for all guests, including VIPs.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and follow assigned tasks.
• Clean and maintain designated guest areas according to Fairmont standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report any damage, malfunction, or unusual activity to the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and keep accurate room status reports.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully and document incidents.
• Perform valet services such as linen delivery and laundry processing when needed.
• Follow fire, life‑safety, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in all required trainings, meetings, and briefings.
