Guest Service Associate – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for guests at Novotel New Delhi City Centre, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. You will support guests throughout their stay, handling inquiries and coordinating with other departments to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and cashiering duties.
• Prepare arrival lists, compile guest information and register room keys according to departmental standards.
• Provide welcome cards and amenities to rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Recognize and attend to repeat guests, VIPs and loyalty members, ensuring they receive appropriate benefits.
• Maintain and update the repeat‑guest history system.
• Promote hotel facilities and in‑house sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Report for duty on time, wearing a clean and complete uniform while maintaining high personal hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
