Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage (G.S.A) works full‑time on‑site at Radisson Blu Hotel Indore, delivering high‑quality dining experiences across restaurants, bars, banqueting areas and in‑room dining.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and place orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Respond to guest requests or concerns courteously and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with buffet and event setups, supporting smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong food‑service and F&B knowledge, including menu familiarity and basic hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for professional guest interaction.
• Foundational culinary skills to understand food preparation basics and presentation.
• Relevant experience in hotel or upscale restaurant F&B service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Hospitality diploma or vocational training in food‑beverage service is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages, with familiarity of POS systems.
