Guest Service Associate – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Guest Service Associate supports the Food & Beverage outlet by delivering exceptional service to guests and maintaining the restaurant’s standards. You will work at an assigned station, ensuring smooth operations, accurate cashiering, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive waiter service in the restaurant or meeting rooms.
• Prepare the dining and preparation areas according to outlet standards and layout.
• Handle restaurant cashiering in line with policy and manage cash transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Care for crockery, glassware, silverware and other equipment, minimizing breakages.
• Set up tables, replenish linen and operating supplies, and obtain items from the storeroom as needed.
• Follow the Standard Operating Manual for service sequences, cleaning, and closing procedures.
• Transport soiled dishes to the kitchen and ensure proper placement in the steward area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, preparation areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
