Guest Relations Manager

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager oversees all front‑desk and lobby activities, ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of hospitality. This full‑time position is based on‑site at the hotel in New Delhi and plays a key role in maintaining service standards and resolving guest issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front‑desk staff, handling daily operations and guest inquiries.
• Monitor and resolve service complaints, disputes, and grievances to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for appearance, safety, security, and maintenance compliance.
• Support energy‑conservation initiatives and loss‑prevention policies during property tours.
• Implement and communicate customer recognition and service programs.
• Prepare and distribute daily MOD reports to all relevant departments.
• Ensure adherence to emergency response plans and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and coach team members.
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a commitment to building trust among staff.
• Ability to step in for absent employees and maintain operational continuity.
