About the role
Join the pre‑opening team of Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome while ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and maintain smooth lobby flow.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge to resolve issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles, preferences, and special occasions in the hotel system.
- Identify VIP and repeat guests, arranging personalized amenities and experiences.
- Collect feedback, monitor satisfaction scores, and support service recovery actions.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, dining options, local attractions, and events.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or customer‑service roles within hospitality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and a strong commitment to brand standards.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Basic computer proficiency.
