Guest Relations Executive – F&B (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a well‑groomed, confident and guest‑oriented Guest Relations Executive – F&B to deliver exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience across our food and beverage outlets. The role involves welcoming guests, managing seating and reservations, and maintaining strong relationships to drive satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest seating, table allocation, and reservations efficiently.
• Assist guests with menu information, recommendations and special requests.
• Coordinate with F&B service, kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
• Address guest queries, feedback and complaints, escalating when required.
• Maintain awareness of VIP, regular guests and special occasions.
• Conduct regular table visits to ensure satisfaction during the dining experience.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and well‑groomed with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations professionally.
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
• 1–3 years experience in Guest Relations, F&B service or hostess roles.
