Guest Relation Manager (Female Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relation Manager to lead our front‑desk team at our property on Vagator Beach Road, Goa. The role ensures the highest standards of hospitality, directs guests, and resolves service issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily guest services and front‑desk operations, ensuring quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage guest inquiries, guide visitors through the lobby, and handle complaints or disputes.
• Supervise and coach front‑desk staff, covering duties in their absence when needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety, appearance, staffing, and maintenance.
• Implement guest‑recognition programs and ensure adherence to emergency and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Monitor energy‑conservation efforts and communicate daily operational reports to all departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, OR a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, honesty, integrity, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to manage conflicts, negotiate resolutions, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Understanding of safety, security, and emergency protocols.
