Guest Experience Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Experience Executive to welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure a memorable dining experience at Benne’s restaurants in Delhi/Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Take orders accurately using the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Manage seating, table turnover, and dining area readiness, coordinating with the kitchen to track orders.
• Communicate wait times clearly, handle guest concerns with empathy, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appropriate ambience in all guest‑facing areas.
• Support front‑of‑house teammates during rush periods and act as a bridge between guests and the kitchen team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and people skills with a natural sense of hospitality.
• Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior front‑of‑house or guest‑facing experience preferred.
