GTM & Strategy – Model API Customer Success

About the role

This position sits at the intersection of customer success, technical problem‑solving, and market intelligence. You will own API customer relationships end‑to‑end, from demos and onboarding to production support, while feeding precise model feedback to Sarvam’s research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Run demos, onboarding sessions and integration walkthroughs to get customers from API key to a working product quickly.
• Write scripts and build small demo apps that unblock integrations and showcase what the API can do.
• Relay detailed model feedback (e.g., transcription errors, voice quality gaps, translation failures, LLM output issues) to research and engineering, then close the loop with customers.
• Track customer and prospect usage, map the competitive landscape and surface market insights to inform GTM and product strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, pre‑sales or developer advocacy (strong internships count).
• Comfortable reading API documentation, writing basic Python or JavaScript scripts and debugging integrations without hand‑holding.
• Excellent communicator, confident in demos and clear in written communication with both business stakeholders and engineers.
• Genuinely curious about AI, able to characterise model errors with precision and stay organised across multiple concurrent threads.
