Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

UniVisory is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive high‑quality leads through Meta advertising and organic social media. You will shape audience strategies, test creative concepts, and ensure that campaigns attract the right students and parents for our premium education advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, continuously refining audience segments across geography, demographics, interests and intent.
• Build and grow UniVisory’s organic presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating content that resonates with ambitious students and their families.
• Develop messaging angles, creative briefs and test variations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track the full funnel from ad click to enrolment, collaborate with sales to identify high‑quality leads, and maintain dashboards on audience, campaign and lead performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on digital or growth marketing experience.
• Proven track record running Meta ad campaigns and generating leads.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn organic growth.
• Ability to analyse performance data and iterate quickly.
