Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Cafe Coffee Day is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth across its digital channels. The role owns the full growth funnel, from attracting new users to increasing repeat purchases and lifetime value, and works closely with product, operations and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies covering acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, affiliate networks and other channels, driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and creative experimentation.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and scale high‑performing initiatives.
• Own CRM channels (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp) and design lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, loyalty and win‑back campaigns.
• Drive personalised communication using segmentation and behavioural insights.
• Launch targeted reactivation campaigns to reduce churn and increase repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with product teams to run in‑app growth experiments and improve funnel conversion.
• Build dashboards, track performance, conduct experiments and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance or CRM marketing, preferably in D2C, retail, QSR, FoodTech, e‑commerce or consumer internet.
• Proven track record of managing acquisition cost, lifetime value and ROI metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
