Growth Marketing Lead (Product Marketing)

About the role

The Growth Marketing Lead will own product marketing, lifecycle growth and subscriber acquisition for Yoga Circle’s digital ecosystem. Working at the intersection of product marketing, CRM, user engagement and AI‑enabled execution, the role focuses on how users discover, experience and stay consistent with Yoga Circle, especially via WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Build product propositions, consumer hooks and messaging frameworks.
• Design acquisition and engagement funnels to improve activation and conversion.
• Own lifecycle journeys across WhatsApp and CRM channels, creating reminders, nudges and engagement flows.
• Drive onboarding, retention, reactivation and conversion campaigns through experimentation with messaging, timing and segmentation.
• Develop feedback loops, analyse user behaviour and feed insights to product teams.
• Support community initiatives and measure habit‑formation effectiveness.
• Contribute to achieving the annual revenue target by improving trial‑to‑paid conversion and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong consumer marketing instincts combined with a deep understanding of user behaviour and engagement funnels.
• Experience in product marketing, lifecycle communication and growth experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Communication, Content and Technology teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on user‑centric thinking.
