Growth Manager – Postpaid

About the role

Paytm is looking for a high‑agency Growth Manager to own and run end‑to‑end growth campaigns for its Postpaid product. You will focus on increasing awareness, activation, and usage while solving real‑world problems for Indian consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth campaigns across in‑app, push, SMS, and email channels.
• Discover and define user cohorts based on credit score, geography, and product interaction.
• Identify opportunities to boost impressions, CTR, conversion, and engagement through experiments and segmentation.
• Run A/B tests and scale successful experiments.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to improve in‑app journeys and reduce loan application friction.
• Own CLM/CRM campaigns from strategy to monitoring for retargeting, education, and engagement.
• Build dashboards with SQL and Looker to track funnel performance.
• Continuously monitor funnel health, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to propose strategic bets.
• Leverage AI to accelerate operations and unlock growth.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in growth, campaign management, or product marketing, preferably in fintech or consumer tech.
• Strong understanding of user funnels, segmentation, and basic attribution.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Amplitude) and engagement platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage).
• Ability to generate and test hypotheses using data and translate insights into actions.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with design, content, product, analytics, and business teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, structured thinking, and bias toward experimentation.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
