Group Internal Auditor

About the role

The Group Internal Auditor will design and execute a risk‑based internal audit programme across the company's global manufacturing, commercial and corporate functions. This position provides independent assurance on financial reporting, operational controls, compliance, risk management and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business units to implement process enhancements.
• Monitor risk‑management practices and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of audit procedures and results.
• Support external audit activities when required.
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
• Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and processes.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
