Graphic Designer – Social Media & Brand Creative

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to craft eye‑catching visual content for our premium restaurant brands. Based at Nariman Point, Mumbai, you will work on‑site with the marketing team to produce social‑media assets, campaign visuals, and in‑restaurant collaterals that reflect a high‑end hospitality aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Design Instagram static posts, carousel storytelling, story creatives, and reel covers that stop scrolling and follow current design trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce campaign creatives, launch visuals, event promotions, and festival‑focused content.
• Create high‑quality restaurant collaterals such as menus, in‑store graphics, tabletop items, and digital displays while maintaining a premium look.
• Develop basic motion graphics for Instagram reels, story animations, and promotional videos.
• Ensure visual consistency across multiple brand identities (Otoki, Nksha, Tamak) and uphold a cohesive hospitality aesthetic.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to create scroll‑stopping content.
• Ability to balance creativity with strict brand guidelines.
• On‑site, full‑time availability in Mumbai.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion design.
• Experience with Canva.
• Familiarity with Figma (optional).
