Graphic Designer (NID/NIFT preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer platform team. The role involves developing visual content for our website, social media, blogs, ads and other marketing channels, ensuring all designs align with our brand and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate visual assets tailored to target audiences using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Conceptualise and create graphics, motion graphics and basic animations based on briefs.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas and collaborate with copywriters, language experts and the Creative Lead.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform design decisions.
• Ensure final graphics are on‑brand, visually appealing and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Degree in Design or Communications (preferably from NIFT, Shrishti, Symbiosis or Pearl).
• Hands‑on experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn, grow in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of work.
