About the role

Nkonnect Global Ventures is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its creative and marketing team in Warangal. This full‑time, on‑site position involves producing visually compelling designs for a diverse portfolio of client brands across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media posts, banners, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Create marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, hoardings, packaging designs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within defined timelines.
• Manage multiple design tasks and priorities efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and disciplined approach to work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
