Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join Oyela’s fast‑growing D2C fashion brand in Gurgaon. The role focuses on producing eye‑catching visual content for social media, digital campaigns and the brand’s online presence, while keeping the brand’s bold and expressive identity consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, performance ads, WhatsApp, emailers and other digital channels.
• Create social media posts, stories, reels, carousels, campaign layouts and promotional assets.
• Develop motion graphics, basic animations and video‑based design elements for social media and ads.
• Maintain consistency in brand language, typography, colour palette and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and creative teams to meet daily design needs.
• Edit and enhance product images, campaign visuals and layouts as required.
• Produce website banners, landing‑page visuals and provide design support for the app/website when needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of design experience, preferably in fashion, D2C or lifestyle brands.
• Strong eye for detail, colour, typography and storytelling.
• Passion for fashion, Gen‑Z trends and social‑media content.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple creative tasks.
• Portfolio showcasing social‑media creatives, campaign designs and motion‑graphic work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva.
• Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
