Graphic Designer – Consumer Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate creative concepts and business requirements into visually compelling designs across digital and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, digital design, typography, layouts, and storytelling in a fast‑paced consumer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging creatives for digital, social media, website, app, CRM, performance marketing and other channels.
• Develop concepts aligned with FNP’s brand identity and major consumer occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Diwali, Mother’s Day, etc.
• Design campaign assets, banners, promotional creatives, product communication, social media posts, stories, thumbnails and other digital assets.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colours, imagery and overall visual language.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, E‑commerce, Product and Content teams, incorporating feedback and meeting timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within consumer brands, e‑commerce, D2C, retail or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, branding and campaign design work.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with Figma for digital interface design (nice to have).
• Video editing / motion graphics skills using After Effects or Premiere Pro (nice to have).
