Graphic Designer Consultant – Marketing Services

About the role

The Services team at Mastercard delivers data‑driven consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. As a Graphic Designer within the Advisors Creative Desk, you will create on‑brand content for a diverse set of clients across Asia Pacific, working in a fast‑paced environment and leveraging new tools such as Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and deliver end‑to‑end campaign assets for assigned customers.
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of design across all media, adhering to industry best practices and client branding guidelines.
• Take overall responsibility for producing communications material on time and within budget.
• Present brand creative concepts to marketing teams, covering print, press, magazine and other printed communications.
• Design email templates, banners and other graphical elements using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Create and maintain creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Optimize graphic assets, including image resizing and format conversion.
• Support social‑media initiatives through content research, creation, monitoring and interaction management.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Interest and preferably experience with Generative AI tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions to business challenges.
• Understanding of UX‑based email design and UI design standards.
• Experience executing campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Bachelor’s degree, with postgraduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
