Graphic Designer – AI & Creative Design

About the role

Brio Elevators is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can blend traditional design skills with AI tools to produce high‑quality visual content quickly. The role involves working across branding, digital marketing, social media, video and product visualization for premium elevator and luxury home solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, presentations, website banners and product promotion materials while maintaining the brand’s premium identity.
• Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Kling AI, Seedance, Magnific AI, etc.) for ideation, image generation, editing and video creation.
• Refine AI‑generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software to deliver polished final outputs.
• Produce vector graphics, icons and illustrations, and create layouts in Canva and Figma when speed is required.
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing for reels, shorts, promotional clips and testimonials using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
• Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, etc.) and collaborate with digital marketing teams to translate briefs into visual concepts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital creative design.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition and branding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva and Figma.
• Basic video‑editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or comparable applications.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted workflows and ability to craft effective prompts for image and video generation.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests, meet deadlines and experiment with emerging creative technologies.
