Google Ads Manager

About the role

Rankraze Digital is looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The role suits candidates with strong analytical skills, creativity and a passion for performance marketing; freshers with hands-on experience may also apply.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
• Create ad copy, creatives and landing page suggestions
• Monitor performance and optimise for CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximise ROI
• Set up and track conversions with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• A/B test creatives, copy and audiences
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes and best practices

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience; freshers with hands-on experience may apply
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• JavaScript
• Conversion tracking, pixels and analytics
• Basic knowledge of landing pages and CRO is a plus
