Global Workforce Operations Specialist – HR Data & Reporting

About the role

The Global Workforce Operations (GWO) Specialist supports Avery Dennison’s HR function by managing payroll, data reporting, and employee inquiries. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity across PeopleSoft, Oracle HR, and other HR systems while providing analytical insights for key HR decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standard and ad‑hoc HR reports to managers, field HR, and other stakeholders.
• Reconcile third‑party payroll data with internal HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle employee inquiries via ServiceNow, email, phone, and chat, providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Document HRIS process flows, support internal audits, and ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance where applicable.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and standardisation.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably HR.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to organise and analyse data.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
