Global Size Analyst – Sizing Process Optimization

About the role

The Global Size Analyst will drive sizing process optimization across Levi Strauss & Co.’s global affiliates, ensuring accurate size activations in PLM and SAP systems for pre‑season, in‑season and chase collections.

Key responsibilities

• Execute PC9 and PC13 adoption in PLM, aligned with the approved size grid for each affiliate and channel.
• Ensure timely and accurate size activation using manual methods, RPA upload templates, and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Sizing teams to deliver end‑to‑end size activation across all product cycles.
• Extract, validate and consolidate data from multiple systems to monitor activation status and track progress.
• Identify gaps or issues, escalating or resolving them as appropriate.
• Develop dashboards and reports that give stakeholders clear visibility into size activation performance.
• Align size activation activities with the Go‑To‑Market process and key planning milestones.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for size activation tools and systems, partnering with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Design and build Python‑powered or Excel‑based tools to automate operational workflows and improve cross‑functional access to size data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in product data management, size planning or related analytics functions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and process‑focused, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
