Global marketing manager CS & IB

About the role

Leads global CS & install base marketing activities for Philips. Builds and manages service marketing communication across all customer touchpoints. Drives value proposition creation, segmentation and positioning strategies to support commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global CS & install base marketing activities.
• Build and manage service marketing communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead value proposition creation, segmentation and positioning strategies.
• Create sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations and training.
• Lead KOL engagement and voice of the customer initiatives.
• Participate in MOS CS product development from ideation to order.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive toolkits to regions.
• Facilitate the annual marketing planning process and ensure coordination across activities.
• Ensure adherence to marketing policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Maintain a robust marketing measurement framework with dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to identify trends and tailor strategies.
• Assess relevance of service portfolio, identify new opportunities and build external networks.
• Represent Philips externally on related issues and orchestrate international platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or equivalent.
• Preferably experience in Customer Services or Healthcare.
• Experience in a global matrix organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce or consumer marketing (or master’s degree with no prior experience).
• Experience in creation, development and building portfolios.
• Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement; Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Ability to understand customer unmet needs and design services & solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
