Global HR Service Delivery Manager – Recruitment Operations

About the role

Clifford Chance is seeking a Global HR Service Delivery Manager to lead its Global Recruitment Support Operations. You will ensure consistent, efficient, and well‑governed recruitment support across the firm’s international markets while enhancing the experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day recruitment operations across global markets using platforms such as Workday, SmartRecruiters and Accurate.
• Own and standardise global recruitment processes, service standards and governance frameworks.
• Drive process harmonisation, simplification and continuous improvement to reduce duplication and operational risk.
• Improve candidate and stakeholder experience through timely communication and effective query resolution.
• Use service metrics and reporting to monitor performance, improve data quality and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Support adoption of recruitment technology, automation and AI‑enabled solutions while maintaining compliance.
• Develop team capability in systems, processes and new ways of working, fostering a culture of learning and service excellence.
• Identify, manage and escalate operational and compliance risks associated with global recruitment support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global or complex environment.
• 3‑4 years of experience managing a team, setting service expectations and improving operational delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment operations and relevant HR platforms.
