Global Employer Branding Campaigns & Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s global talent team as a Global Employer Branding Campaigns & Paid Media Specialist. You will lead recruitment initiatives, partner with People Managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise to drive proactive and reactive recruitment activities in line with MDLZ policies.
• Partner with People Managers to define hiring requirements, guide them through the selection process, and deliver market insights.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels to attract active and passive talent for current and future vacancies.
• Act as a candidate relationship manager, delivering high‑touch support throughout the hiring journey and building talent pools for future needs.
• Collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead and TA Lead to continuously improve recruitment processes, meet service level agreements, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessment, and closing.
• Deep knowledge of local market dynamics, effective sourcing channels, and industry networks.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
