GL Operator II – Manufacturing Production

About the role

AdTech is seeking a GL Operator II to join its production floor. The role involves operating and adjusting machines, ensuring product flow, and supporting engineering tests while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines under limited supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
• Review, update, and suggest improvements to procedures to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
• Make machine adjustments, run multiple operations, and move product between areas as needed.
• Assist engineers with sample and equipment testing.
• Train fellow employees and share knowledge when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report safety hazards promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of manufacturing experience.
• Basic math, language, and computer proficiency.
• Corrected vision to 20/20 (contact lenses not permitted on the plant floor).
• Strong hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• M2M (machine‑to‑machine) operation.
• Basic computer skills, including use of an internal documentation system.
