General Physician

About the role

NURA is seeking a full‑time General Physician to join its Kozhikode screening centre. You will provide comprehensive primary care, interpret AI‑enabled imaging reports, and guide patients through preventive health pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health evaluations and manage common adult medical conditions.
• Review and interpret AI‑enabled imaging and digital health tool outputs.
• Develop individualized care plans and advise on further diagnostic work‑up.
• Collaborate with nursing, technical, and allied health staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Contribute to patient education, health awareness initiatives, and continuous medical education.

Required profile

• MBBS degree; MD or Diplomate in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• Current medical license and registration with the relevant medical council.
• Experience or training in family medicine and preventive health.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision‑making and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, quality standards and clinical protocols.
