General Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive Assystem’s talent acquisition strategy in Gurugram. The role will develop recruitment strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure timely acquisition of quality talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, focusing on mid‑to‑senior‑level and leadership hiring.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and devise effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Drive recruitment for critical and niche positions within defined timelines and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team while strengthening employer branding.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Energy, Engineering, EPC, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience leading talent acquisition functions and developing recruitment strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
