General Manager – Project Excellence (Industrial & Warehousing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of industrial park and warehouse projects in Mumbai. The role combines technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands‑on project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction activities from pre‑construction through handover, developing detailed schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Identify, appoint and manage local vendors specialized in PEB, MEP, civil works and interiors.
• Supervise on‑site construction teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Enforce quality standards, building codes and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.
• Monitor project costs, review invoices, change orders and progress payments to stay within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, consultants and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience managing industrial, warehouse or large‑scale commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
