General Manager – Marketing (SEO & Performance Marketing)

About the role

The General Manager – Marketing will own and scale the company’s organic and paid growth engine. You will be fully accountable for SEO, SEM, and performance‑marketing outcomes, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across Google and Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategy (technical, on‑page, off‑page) to grow traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Lead SEM and paid acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), managing budget, bidding, targeting and creative performance.
• Own performance tracking, dashboards and reporting using GA4, Search Console and ad platforms, ensuring robust attribution.
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and funnels, translating data into growth insights.
• Coordinate with Catchment, Media, Brand, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Buying, VAS and Business teams to align commercial objectives.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing SEO and performance‑marketing team, setting KPIs and fostering a feedback culture.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience in SEO, SEM and performance‑marketing at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS and LTV.
• Track record of building and developing high‑performing marketing teams.
