About the role

Historia Royal, a luxury boutique property in Udaipur, is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and drive strategic growth. The role combines operational oversight with commercial acumen to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all hotel functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, ensuring 4‑star luxury standards.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies, optimise RevPAR/ADR, and manage budgets to maximise profitability.
• Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management, establishing clear KRAs and SOP compliance.
• Champion a guest‑centric culture, handling feedback and ensuring memorable stays.
• Maintain brand, health, safety, and operational standards to position the property among Rajasthan’s premier destinations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager in upscale or luxury boutique hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of P&L management, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and decision‑making skills with a hands‑on, team‑first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Business Management preferred.
