General Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. The role involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance across all hotel areas to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance for air‑conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, fire‑life‑safety (FLS) equipment, and low‑voltage systems.
• Maintain building elements including furniture, fixtures, painting, and parts renewal.
• Service kitchen, laundry, guest rooms, F&B outlets, banquet areas, and plumbing & drainage systems.
• Report improvements, coordinate with engineering management, and communicate any service disruptions.
• Follow safe work practices, preventive maintenance procedures, and hotel policies.
• Participate in briefings, trainings, and fire & life‑safety emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma, graduation, trade certificate or at least 1 year of relevant hands‑on experience (fresh graduates are also considered).
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
