GB/G Collections Team Co-ordinator

About the role

The GB/G Collections Team Co-ordinator will ensure that all operational processes are executed on time, in line with service level agreements and global guidelines. You will support the manager in developing team members and contribute to the overall performance of the collections function within BASF’s new Global Hub in India.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor operational tasks, ensuring tools and processes work as expected.
• Support the manager with team development activities, including performance assessments (PEM, CMC).
• Participate in recruitment processes to meet team staffing needs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and act as the first level of escalation for process‑related issues.
• Assist in project implementation when the team is involved, providing support and follow‑up.
• Promote and participate in innovation and technology initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance and HR functions.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and handling first‑level escalations.
• Proactive attitude towards process improvement and innovation.
