Garment Sampling Coordinator (Ghaziabad)

About the role

The Garment Sampling Coordinator will act as the central link between design, merchandising and production teams in Ghaziabad. You will manage the full lifecycle of apparel samples, ensuring that prototypes, fit samples and photo‑shoot samples are tracked, approved and delivered on schedule for client presentations and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end development of proto, fit, size‑set and photo‑shoot samples.
• Communicate with clients, buyers and manufacturing units to coordinate requests, provide status updates and manage delivery timelines.
• Facilitate ordering of fabrics, trims and embellishments required for sampling.
• Maintain databases of sample versions, track measurement spec sheets and coordinate approvals for lab dips, strikes and design details.
• Handle domestic and international sample shipments, track courier details and organise sample showrooms or archives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel product development, merchandising or a related fashion role.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction and production processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking tools.
